MLM Secrets to Becoming a Monster Recruiting Machine

If you’re anything like me, if you want to know something, then you go to the people who are already doing what you want to do – and I mean doing it BIG time, so if ever I want to fine tune and get some more MLM secrets and tips on sponsoring and recruiting in MLM, then I go to two Masters in the industry, Ray Higdon and David Woods.
You see if you are sponsoring pretty well “offline” then it is likely that you will sponsor pretty well online, but if you have never sponsored anyone offline and have spoken to tons of people, then you likely “suck” at the whole recruitment game. Hmmmm sorry to be so blunt, but I guess you need these MLM secrets that I’m about to share!
BUT ….. if you’re still here and in the game, then there is something that is keeping you here and maybe you want to learn some MLM secrets and learn how to become a monster recruiting machine – well you’re in the right place.
I sponsored 6 people in 11 days a couple of weeks ago, but I didn’t speak to any of them before they signed up – do I recommend this when you’re first starting out?
NO!
The only reason I could do this was because I had a marketing funnel in place that covered ALL the basics of prospecting and building the relationship for me.
The basics to MLM Sponsoring is in understanding the MLM secrets that make people want to join you in your network marketing business.
These are the ONLY reasons why someone joins your business!
1) They know, like and trust you
2) They have a strong belief the business will work for them
3) They truly believe that they can do this
4) They have a very strong “why” i.e they want or need to change their circumstances urgently
So, in order to satisfy those needs and understand the MLM secrets of becoming a monster recruiting machine, you need to have those 4 points covered and if you are just starting out then you either need an upline’s marketing system to “plug” into, or you need your own attraction marketing system like MLSP to help you attract prospects to you.
MLM Secrets Phase 1 – Generating the lead
1) Find out where network marketers or other target prospects “hang out” online and “solve” their biggest problems by being able to help with the sponsoring cycle that they can duplicate. I can hear you laughing here saying “Oh yeah like that’s really simple Nicky!” But you know what? – It IS if you use a high quality marketing system like MLSP which teaches you how to attract people through the valuable training that is available to help them achieve the very things they are struggling with.
2) Offer something free in exchange for their email address – again, this is easy if you use a quality marketing system like MLSP as they have loads of free training for you to give away. This builds trust from the people who opt-in as they can see the quality and cutting edge strategies they can learn from you.
3) Call your lead as soon as they have registered for your free information BUILD the relationship and ask them what they are struggling the most with and help them with a solution (more training and a demo of your marketing system).
4) Continue to build the relationship through emails, more training and the occasional affiliate offers
5) Maintain the relationship and the trust with your list by inviting them to check you out through your blog posts, videos, social media or articles.
6) If you do points 1- 5 correctly, you will be the person that your prospect comes to when they are unhappy with their existing opportunity, or when they are looking for an additional or alternative opportunity.
MLM Secrets Phase 2 – The Sponsoring Cycle
1) Once you have spoken to your prospect (read this for sample MLM scripts) then send them to a 3rd party presentation online.
2) Bring in a three way conversation with someone who may have had similar background/concerns as they have , who is doing well. This builds the credibility, social proof and the belief.
3) Recruit!
4) Rinse and repeat !

If you need ideas on how to be successful, best thing you can do is get advice from someone who is where you want to be and has had a proven success record. There are so many people who want to teach others how to succeed but they have no clue how to.. Ray Higdon and David Woods are great trainers and they have lived what they train. Great job Nicky!!!

Thanks Liz and yes I agree – there are FAR too many so called “gurus” out there now and it is difficult for the newbie to really know who to trust – My advice to them is to take their time and join a marketing system first to learn the ropes and then select the opportunity with the right mentor.

It’s really as simple as that! I agree with every step and I really like what you pointed out in Step 2 in Phase 1. If you offer something for free and it’s valuable to your prospects then you have a better chance of it reciprocating back to you!

Yes I agree – it is a numbers game whether you do it offline or online, the retention figures are pretty similar, but at least with online marketing you are learning skills for life. I know that I can show two entirely different people the same system, the same solution and the same blue print action plan and yet one will not achieve success and the other one will. Success starts from within, the rest is easy to train.

Awesome post, Nicky. You become successful in network marketing when you are able to find a need and fill that need. The same applies in any business. Using a marketing system/funnel is key to succeeding online. It’s important to have an autoresponder in place because it will aids your prospects to get to know you better.
